Sharon is a seasoned therapist of 30 yrs, graduating from The Muscular Therapy Institute in Cambridge and The Boston School of Shiatsu. She offers total relaxation with her Swedish massage or pain relief with a Massage Medley. She works both the nervous system and the muscular system to provide mind and body stress relief. Each session is tailored to your needs to provide optimal therapeutic benefits. She also works with local PT's and Chiropractors to address specific injuries.

I have spent 27 years helping clients overcome muscular injuries, chronic stress and tension by creating a session tailored to their needs. I have studied many modalities to achieve this goal. Swedish-deep tissue-Myofascial-stretching-cupping-reflexology and Aromatherpy. Hot and cold therapies can be added to any session.

I am a therapeutic body worker that graduated from The Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in 2017. Understanding the human anatomy is helpful for those folks who are looking for relief from chronic pain, postural dysfunction and or releasing lower back pain due to imbalances through the pelvis caused by hamstrings, quads and or fascia in general.
